Design

Our approach to design is iterative and will follow your existing governance processes. We will design a solution that meets requirements with the practicalities of budgets and timescales in mind.

Implementation

Implementation will only run smoothly when the environments we are working in are well understood. Our engineers will ensure the correct governance is followed through development, validation and finally into production. Documentation standards will be followed ensuring traceability back to the design and requirements.

Testing

Prior to implementation the test cases and procedures will be agreed and documented. Testing will be conducted through unit and end-to-end testing where appropriate. Where required Dita will execute SIT (Systems integration testing), UAT (User Acceptance), BSIM (Business Simulation). Testing will be aligned to any AIS processes (Acceptance into Service) – ensuring a smooth transition into business as usual operations.
